My husband and I think very highly of Mary Buchholz, and therefore it is our pleasure to write a letter of recommendation on her behalf. We have known Mary for four years.  We were introduced to her through a mutual friend, who is also highly professional within her field.  Our mutual friend spoke well of Mary, not only in kindness but also with great respect as a true real estate professional. When we needed a Real Estate Agent to market our home in Lake Havasu, Arizona, we thought of Mary.  I am a Real Estate Broker and my husband is a Real Estate Salesperson, and we are both licensed in California. Due to our competitive business, we wanted to hire someone who was the best.

Mary has been in the business for many years and still uses old marketing strategies, proven by time to be highly effective. She also incorporates new technology, which is state of the art.

Mary took our listing during a time when the market was beginning to soften.  Due to her hard work and warmth, she showed our house to an agent who liked the property and truly liked Mary.  The agent showed the house to prospective buyers and a sold sign was installed within a few days.  We know She  sold our home because of who she is!

From the beginning date of our listing agreement, Mary had a marketing strategy that showed her determination and dedication to our mutual goal.  She kept us informed at all times and gave us regular updates.

Mary not only takes pride in her profession but she is also proud of her town.  She loves Lake Havasu, and you can see it in her personality whenever she talks about any city activity or city business.  She makes it a point to be informed and educated, not only for herself but to better assist her clients.  She will go the extra mile with a smile and reassurance that all will be taken care of.

My family and I met Mary Buchholz five years ago when we moved to Arizona. The time and effort she has taken with my self and my daughter has been amazing. She listened to what we wanted in a home and found the exact home we were both looking for. When it was time for us to sell our home  again she was right there working hard to get the house sold. We never felt as if we were not important. Watching Mary work on not only our home but other people's homes has shown us time and time again how hard she works for each and every client. Moving from one state to another is stressful enough but Mary made it as stress free as possible. Mary may have started out as our realtor but she has now become a part or our family.
